Fabián Valenzuela

Fabián Valenzuela carries more than 20 years of experience as wine maker. Fabián, the son of a vigneron, grew up in a vineyard and worked in Bodegas Balbo until 1997 and from 1997 to 2003 in Catena. Fabián is a wine maker with a strong commitment for quality and a focus on the different possibilities of the terroir. He has also worked during the harvest in Louis Jadot in Beaune and has worked with Bodegas Miguel Torres in Penedes (Spain) in the development of the techniques for the use of Flash Detente, and the INRA in Montpellier (France).

Fabián received his degree as Licenciado en Enología from the Facultad Don Bosco de la Universidad de Juan Agustín Maza de Mendoza, and has done postgraduate studies in "Planning and Quality Management from the vineyard to the wine" at the Universidad Juan Agustin Maza, the Centro de Licenciados en Enología de la Republica Argentina and the Facultad de Enología Don Bosco.
