ZOLO CHARDONNAY RESERVA 2004

100 % Chardonnay

Vineyard Location:
Tupungato, Mendoza.
1300 meters above sea level.

Alcohol: 14.4
Total Acidity: 6.1g/l
pH: 3.25

These grapes are selected from our own vineyards located at 1,300 meters above sea level. This wine presents an attractive golden yellow color with light green tints. The nose is complex and intense with touches of pear, peach and apple combined with the vanilla and honey from the French oak.

WINEMAKER'S NOTES
* 100% manual harvest. Oxidative method. Alcoholic fermentation in French oak barrels with yeast stirred.
* Malolactic fermentation also in French oak barrels.
* Aged 8 months in French and American oak.


ZOLO RESERVA MALBEC 2004

100 % Malbec

Vineyard Location:
Valle de Uco, Mendoza.

1400 mts. above sea level.

Alcohol: 13.8%
Total Acidity: 5.9 g/l
pH: 3.6

This wine presents an intense violet colour typical of the Argentine Malbec. Concentrated nose of blackberry and current fruit with traces of vanilla and toast. Soft and sweet mouthfeel with ripe and velvety tannins.
Aged 12 months in French and American oak.

WINEMAKER'S NOTES
* Manual harvest; bunchs and grapes selection.
* Cold pre-fermentative maceration (3-5 days at 5-8º Celsius) in order to obtain antocian extraction (color) and aroma.
* Alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks. Length (approx.): 10-15 days at 25-28 º Celsius
* Post fermentative maceration: 10-14 days, approx.
* 100 % malolactic fermentation.
* Aged 12 months in “1st use” French (95%) and American (5%) oaks.


ZOLO RESERVA CABERNET SAUVIGNON 2004

100 % Cabernet Sauvignon

Vineyard Location:
Agrelo, Luján de Cuyo Mendoza.
960 mts. above sea level.

Alcohol: 13.8%
Total Acidity: 5.7 g/l
pH: 3.6

This wine presents an intense red color with blue shades. The aromas are powerful and complex with a concentrated nose of black current and plum, ending with a nuance of vanilla and chocolate. Full bodied with a remarkable elegance, harmony and long finish.
Aged 12 months in French and American oak.

* Manual harvest; bunchs and grapes selection.
* Cold pre-fermentative maceration (3-5 days at 5-8º Celsius) in order to obtain antocian extraction (color) and aroma.
* Alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks. Length (approx.): 10-15 days at 25-28 º Celsius

ZOLO RESERVA MERLOT 2004

100 % Merlot

Highlands of Mendoza.
1300 mts. above sea level.

Alcohol: 13.8%
Total Acidity: 5.8 g/l
pH: 3.5

This Merlot presents an intense and deep red colour, with an excellent and persistent aroma of fruits. It's a powerful yet harmonious and elegant wine.
Aged 12 months in French and American oak.
